lyrics

I sit and gaze out of my window at the cars, driven by people that I'll probably never know. Isn't it crazy that there are so many hearts? Some may be bursting, some are breaking filled with hurt.

And it just occurred to me that I'm not the only one, sitting gazing at this world feeling fearful, feeling small. We have shriveled, we're worn out. We have fallen, we have failed. What can warm our frostbit limbs? What can make us bloom again?

I thought falling in love might numb my loneliness. I soon found out my demons were alive and well. No matter how sweet, or how many thrills I found my days ended empty. All the joy had spilled right out.

And it just occurred to me that I'm not the only one sitting gazing at this world, feeling fearful, feeling small. We have shriveled, we're worn out. We have fallen, we have failed. What can warm our frostbit limbs? What can make us bloom again?

Ah! Come and fill us up. Ah! Won't you fill our cups? Ah! 'Til they overflow. Ah! Come and make us whole.

And it just occurred to me that I'm not the only one sitting gazing at this world, feeling fearful, feeling small. We have shriveled, we're worn out. We have fallen, we have failed. But you'll warm our frostbit limbs. You will make us bloom again. You will make us bloom again. Come and make me bloom again.
